great article! i’m drinking more water and drinking less coke zero!
i’m eating less sugar and carbs and getting moving as much as is possible for me (battle with R.A. makes it tough) doing well- little at a time!

Judi, this research has come after emails from readers. I am with you on your thoughts, which is why I haven’t done much couponing in the past. I have found a local coupon expert to help me with some of my biggest issues, like time. I will be doing some posts to follow up on this part of my journey VERY soon.
