This week I have had a lot of unusal posts…but this one HAS to be shared! Here is what happened when I ventured out late this evening with Eric.

Ok this is so funny…but it probably isn’t as funny as if we had caught it on camera.

Eric stays up with me tonight because I knew I was going to make a late night Wal Mart run for some things for Fresh Gear for the tournament. We get our shopping done and I decide to treat him to a late night Wendy’s run for some drinks. We get there, and sound like a bunch of drunks because I am muttering “What if they have a limited nighttime menu?” and Eric is going “What do you care…we are only getting drinks. Like they are going to say, hey sorry lady we only serve regular coke after midnight…and you have to have it with ice.” So by the time I am able to order, I am laughing that the order taker probably yelled out, “We got a drunk and her teenage son coming through.”

So we are pulling up to the first window (there are 2 cars in front of us) and Eric starts laughing uncontrollably and I realize he is saying something about the guy in the window. I think he is talking about the first window and then catch a glimpse of the guy at the second window, to which I burst out laughing uncontrollably! He has this Mohawk with those HUGELY long spikes, like on the top of the statue of liberty’s crown! I am trying so hard to compose myself before I pay, but I can barely look at the cashier. I leave that window and lose it again. We are laughing SO hard! I wet myself. No, I mean I actually wet myself!!! I couldn’t tell Eric that I had partially tinkled in my pants, because I was laughing so hard (although he is going to know now that it is on my blog!) and trying to get it together so I could get our drinks. WE pull up and it was fine, because the guy is REALLY tall and you can’t see any of his hair, but OH MY GOSH, we pulled away and we lost it again.

I’ll take Eric’s mop all day long. We kept joking that he is probably restricted to the midnight shift and we wondered how many people have the same reaction…or was it just us because it was so late and we were so tired. OH MAN! We were both actually crying…I am talking tears running down our cheeks…literally! TOO FUNNY! And to think I would have missed it if I had had to go out alone, because I would have gone straight home. THAT was the best $1.98 I have spent in a LOOOOOOONG time!

You gotta love those moments in life! Live, Love, Laugh…EVERYDAY!
