Everyone loves free stuff; me included! Sometimes I download free items and I don’t use them for months, but having them on hand has always been a blessing. Each day when I go for my walk I typically listen to my iPod. I listen to a variety of different items; music, audio books, podcasts, seminars, sermons, conferences, etc. I have found that listening to audio books is relaxing to me. I can lost in the authors message or story and come back refreshed in an entirely new way! So today I have to share a completely FREE & unabridged audio of Donald Whitney’s Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life.
